Delhi Public School, Gurugram Sector 67A, invites applications for the position of Principal. We are a START UP school, we are seeking an accomplished academic leader who embodies vision, integrity and innovation to guide our school towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership in academics, administration and school operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to CBSE curriculum, guidelines and best practices.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation and holistic student development.
- Build strong parent-school partnerships and community engagement.
- Lead faculty development initiatives and mentor teachers for continuous growth.
- Drive adoption of modern pedagogical approaches and educational technology.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal/Headmistress).




- Prior experience in leading a startup school and Cambridge Curriculum would be preferred.
- Robust academic orientation with exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Thorough understanding of CBSE curriculum, policies and compliance requirements

Compensation : ₹ 2,25,000 - ₹ 3,50,000 per month.

Compensation will be determined competitively, reflecting qualifications, experience and institutional leadership.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (In-person)
