रोल की जानकारी: हमें अपनी इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीनों को चलाने और उनकी निगरानी करने के लिए एक अनुभवी मोल्डिंग ऑपरेटर की ज़रूरत है। आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी होगी कि मशीनें ठीक से चलें, प्रोडक्ट्स हमारे क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड्स के मुताबिक हों और रोज़ाना के प्रोडक्शन टारगेट पूरे हों।

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

मशीन चलाना और सेटअप करना: इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीनों को सुरक्षित रूप से चलाना, उनकी निगरानी करना और उन्हें एडजस्ट करना (Supermac या Akar या इसी तरह की Ram Type मशीनों का अनुभव होना फायदेमंद होगा)।

प्रोडक्शन और क्वालिटी कंट्रोल: तैयार प्लास्टिक पार्ट्स की विज़ुअल और डाइमेंशनल जाँच करना ताकि वे क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड्स के मुताबिक हों; फ़्लैश, शॉर्ट शॉट्स या वॉर्पिंग जैसी कमियों की पहचान करना और रिपोर्ट करना।

मोल्ड और मटीरियल हैंडलिंग: मोल्ड बदलने, मटीरियल लोड करने और जॉब की ज़रूरतों के हिसाब से सही रेज़िन/मटीरियल का इस्तेमाल सुनिश्चित करने में मदद करना।

ट्रबलशूटिंग:



मशीन या प्रोसेस से जुड़ी बुनियादी समस्याओं की पहचान करना और डाउनटाइम कम करने के लिए सुपरवाइज़र या मेंटेनेंस टीम को बताना।

हाउसकीपिंग और सुरक्षा: वर्कस्टेशन को साफ़ और व्यवस्थित रखना; फ़ैक्टरी के सभी सुरक्षा नियमों और प्रक्रियाओं का सख्ती से पालन करना।

डॉक्यूमेंटेशन: रोज़ाना के प्रोडक्शन लॉग और सेटअप शीट को सही-सही भरना।

ज़रूरी स्किल्स और क्वालिफ़िकेशन:

अनुभव: मैन्युफैक्चरिंग एनवायरनमेंट में इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीन चलाने का 1 से 3+ साल का प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव।

तकनीकी जानकारी: इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग प्रोसेस, पैरामीटर्स (तापमान, दबाव) और अलग-अलग तरह के प्लास्टिक/रेज़िन की बुनियादी समझ।

बारीकियों पर ध्यान: कमियों को पहचानने और प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी को एक जैसा बनाए रखने की अच्छी क्षमता।

शारीरिक क्षमता: लंबे समय तक खड़े रहने और कभी-कभी भारी मटीरियल (20-25 किलोग्राम तक) उठाने की क्षमता।

शिक्षा: 10वीं/12वीं पास या ITI सर्टिफ़िकेशन (अगर कैंडिडेट के पास अच्छा प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव है तो यह ज़रूरी नहीं है, लेकिन इसे प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।

About Us: Magnus Homeware is a leading manufacturer in the kitchenware and homeware industry. We are expanding our operations and looking for skilled and reliable Injection Moulding Machine Operators to join our production team.

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Molding Operator to operate and monitor our injection moulding machines. You will be responsible for ensuring the machinery runs efficiently, products meet our quality standards, and daily production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation & Setup: Safely operate, monitor, and adjust injection moulding machines (experience with Supermac or Akar or similar Ram Type machines is a plus).
- Production & Quality Control: Inspect finished plastic parts visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet quality standards; identify and report defects like flash, short shots, or warping.
- Mold & Material Handling: Assist with mold changes, material loading, and ensuring the correct resins/materials are used according to job specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify basic machine or process issues and notify supervisors or maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation; strictly adhere to all factory safety protocols and procedures.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily production logs and setup sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience operating injection moulding machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of injection moulding processes, parameters (temperature, pressure), and different types of plastics/resins.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot defects and ensure consistent product quality.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy materials (up to 20-25 kg).
- Education: 10th/12th Pass or ITI certification (preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong practical experience).
