Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Transport Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our transport fleet. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in automobile maintenance, fleet management, and vehicle operations. The role requires ensuring vehicle safety, regulatory compliance, and optimal fleet performance while supervising maintenance activities and transport staff.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- ITI (Automobile Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, or related trade)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) preferred

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in transport fleet maintenance and Experience in supervising goods carriage vehicles and transport staff.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all transport vehicles.
- Ensure fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Supervise mechanics,



drivers, and transport support staff.
- Monitor the condition and performance of goods carriage vehicles.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and recommend improvements.
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance costs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Investigate vehicle breakdowns and implement corrective measures.

Pay: ₹13,750.96 - ₹60,000.00 per month
