Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits and referrals.

- Engage with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

- Present rooftop solar solutions and explain their benefits.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team.

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain customer records and submit daily activity reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience;

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
