Qualification: ITI /Diploma (Mechanical or related field preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shop floor activities and manage workers
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
- Monitor product quality and reduce defects
- Maintain discipline and safety on the shop floor
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Prepare daily production reports
Requirements:
- Valuable leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
