About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced recruitment skilled with a strong background in bulk hiring, volume hiring, lateral hiring, talent acquisition, and recruitment delivery. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations, with the ability to drive hiring outcomes across multiple clients and business functions.

This role requires a recruitment expert who can independently manage critical hiring mandates while contributing to recruitment strategy, talent pipeline development, process optimization, and recruiter enablement.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously across various industries and functions.
- Drive recruitment delivery for bulk hiring, volume hiring, lateral hiring, and niche hiring requirements.
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets, closure timelines, and client SLAs.
- Maintain strong ownership of recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Indeed, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitor analysis to identify talent availability.
- Develop and maintain active candidate pipelines for recurring and future requirements.
- Execute advanced Boolean search techniques and database mining strategies.
- Identify passive candidates through headhunting and proactive sourcing methods.

Bulk & Volume Hiring Expertise

- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for BPO, Customer Support, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Healthcare, E-commerce, and Shared Services.
- Plan and execute walk-in drives, campus hiring programs, virtual hiring events, and recruitment campaigns.




- Ensure consistent achievement of joining targets and offer conversion metrics.
- Build scalable recruitment processes to support rapid business growth.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to understand workforce planning requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering and job briefing discussions.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarking, and hiring trends.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful hiring outcomes.

Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

- Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards.
- Analyze recruitment funnel metrics including source effectiveness, screening ratios, interview-to-offer conversion, offer acceptance, and joining percentages.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and quality standards.

Team Collaboration & Recruitment Leadership

- Act as a subject matter expert for sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition methodologies.
- Support team members through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to improving recruitment effectiveness, delivery quality, and overall team performance.
- Participate in workforce planning, hiring strategy discussions, and business reviews.
