Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy for multiple brands and clients
- Create integrated digital campaigns across Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, OTT, Influencer & Programmatic platforms
- Develop media plans, campaign strategies, and growth roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
- Pitch digital strategies, campaign ideas, and annual plans to existing and prospective clients
- Work closely with Creative, Media, Content, Strategy, and Client Servicing teams for campaign execution
- Lead and mentor the existing digital team to ensure high-quality execution and innovation
- Drive lead generation, engagement, awareness, and performance-based campaigns
- Manage Paid, Owned & Earned Media strategies effectively
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, ROI, and optimization strategies
- Handle budgeting, timelines, reporting, and overall digital operations
- Identify new digital trends, technologies, platforms, and innovative marketing opportunities
- Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication and servicing
- Coordinate with influencers, production teams,



and media partners when required

What We’re Looking For

- 5–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Advertising / Digital Agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Paid, Owned & Earned Media
- Expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, Analytics, ORM, OTT & Programmatic Buying
- Experience in client pitching and presentation skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills
- Passion for digital innovation and creative thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
