About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in commercial building construction to join our project team in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for in office execution, quality control, and coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth execution
- Monitor and report daily progress, material consumption, and manpower deployment
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety norms
- Assist in preparing measurement sheets, BOQs, and work completion reports




- Coordinate with project managers/consultants for technical clarifications
- Maintain site records, drawings, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in commercial/institutional building projects
- Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel/Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently at site with minimal supervision
- Willingness to relocate/work at Dehradun site

Preferred

- Prior experience with commercial building/IT park projects

Basic knowledge of civil estimation and billing
