About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, professional content for a business consulting firm. The role involves editing videos, designing creatives, and supporting content production to effectively communicate business insights across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

- Edit videos for business content, case studies, podcasts, and social media
- Convert long-form videos into short-form content (reels, clips)
- Ensure clean, professional, and engaging output
- Handle basic video shooting (lighting, framing, audio setup)

Maintain:

- Timelines
- Version control
- Quality consistency

Application Requirement

AI & Modern Editing Tools

- Use AI tools for:
- Subtitles
- Voice enhancement
- Speed editing
- Idea generation
- Stay updated with latest video + AI trends

Graphic Design

- Design social media creatives (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Create thumbnails, banners, and marketing creatives
- Develop infographics and visual elements to simplify business concepts
- Add text overlays and motion graphics to videos

Required Skills





- Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects)
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva)
- Understanding of basic shooting techniques (camera, lighting, audio)
- Good sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Creative & Strategic Skills

Ability to:

- Think like a content strategist, not just editor
- Simplify complex business ideas visually

Strong sense of:

- Minimalism
- Professional aesthetics
- Attention to detail

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to deliver clean and qualified business content
- Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- High ownership role

Good to Have

- Experience in B2B, consulting, or professional services content
- Working with founders / personal brands
- Familiarity with IG & YouTube, LinkedIn and content formats
- Exposure to AI tools in video or design workflows
