Experience Required

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional certifications in Logistics/Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
- Solid practical knowledge of the logistics industry is mandatory.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Logistics Faculty to train students in logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry exposure along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and prepare students for successful careers in the logistics sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Teach subjects including:
- Introduction to Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Warehouse Management
- Inventory Control
- Transportation & Distribution
- Freight Forwarding
- Shipping & Port Operations
- Customs Procedures
- Import & Export Documentation
- Procurement & Purchasing
- E-Commerce Logistics
- Last-Mile Delivery Operations
- Logistics Software & ERP Basics
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students through tests, projects, and practical activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance for improvement.

Industry-Oriented Training

- Share practical industry knowledge and real-world case studies.
- Conduct mock interviews and placement-oriented sessions.
- Train students in workplace ethics, communication, and professional behavior.
- Keep students updated on current logistics trends and technologies.

Student Support

- Mentor students throughout their learning journey.




- Assist students in project work and internship preparation.
- Support placement activities whenever required.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Prepare training reports and student performance reports.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the Placement and Academic departments.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Computer proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace
- Basic ERP/Logistics Software
- Online teaching platforms (preferred)

Industry Experience Required

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of real-world experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Warehouse Operations
- Supply Chain Management
- Freight Forwarding
- Shipping & Port Operations
- Import & Export Documentation
- Customs Clearance
- Transportation Management
- Procurement & Inventory Management
- Courier & Express Logistics

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of industry experience is mandatory.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current logistics practices and technologies.
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
