About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer + Video Editor who can independently manage the complete video production process—from planning and shooting to editing and post-production. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, creativity, and technical expertise in videography, motion graphics, VFX, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate branding, product promotions, and events.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, drones (if applicable), lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
- Capture high-quality footage while ensuring proper framing, lighting, and composition.
- Edit videos using professional editing software while maintaining brand guidelines and creative standards.
- Create engaging motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), transitions, animations, and title sequences.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, noise reduction, and sound mixing.
- Design thumbnails, graphics, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns.
- Manage video assets, maintain file organization, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, industry trends, editing styles, and social media formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in:




- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of:
- VFX and Motion Graphics
- Color Grading & Color Correction
- Audio Editing & Mixing
- Video Compression & Export Formats
- Experience in handling DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras, Gimbals, Lighting Equipment, and Audio Recording Devices.
- Understanding of different camera settings, framing, composition, and cinematography techniques.
- Ability to create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Solid creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in product shoots, corporate videos, interviews, promotional videos, and event coverage.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, or Cinema 4D is an added advantage.
- Experience with drone videography (if certified) will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing videography, editing, VFX, and motion graphics work.

Education

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Film Making, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
