Job Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posters and creatives.
- Edit short-form videos and Reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan and schedule social media content using a content calendar.
- Manage regular posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Write basic captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Coordinate with the team for content requirements and campaign ideas.
- Monitor basic social media performance and engagement.
- Support Meta Ads by preparing creatives and coordinating campaign content.
- Maintain consistency in brand style, visual identity, and communication.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar video editing tools.
- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook content formats.




- Knowledge of social media scheduling and management tools.
- Basic understanding of content planning, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred

- 0–1 years of experience in social media, content creation, graphic design, or video editing.
- Experience handling business or brand social media accounts.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
- Ability to independently plan and execute weekly social media content.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
