Job Summary

Rahane Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Equity Research Analyst to join its growing research team.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, fundamental analysis, and company financials. The role involves conducting in-depth research on listed companies, analyzing financial statements, tracking market developments, and generating actionable investment insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fundamental analysis of listed companies across various sectors.
- Analyze financial statements, annual reports, earnings releases, and corporate announcements.
- Prepare equity research reports, company updates, and investment recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and sector-specific news.
- Evaluate business models, competitive positioning, growth prospects, and valuation metrics.
- Build and maintain financial models, projections, and valuation frameworks.
- Track company performance, management commentary, and key industry developments.
- Assist in identifying investment opportunities based on fundamental research and market analysis.
- Collaborate with technical analysts, traders, and content teams to provide research-backed insights.
- Maintain research databases and ensure timely updates of company and sector information.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of Equity Research and Fundamental Analysis.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements,



and cash flow statements.
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies such as DCF, Relative Valuation, P/E, EV/EBITDA, and other financial metrics.
- Good understanding of stock markets, corporate finance, and economic indicators.
- Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and convert it into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Equity Research, Financial Analysis, Investment Research, or a similar role.
- Experience in a brokerage firm, advisory firm, fintech company, research house, or financial services organization will be preferred.

Preferred Certifications

- NISM Research Analyst Certification
- NISM Equity Derivatives Certification
- CFA (Level I/II) – Preferred
- FRM or other relevant financial market certifications – Added Advantage
