As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. The individual sets and enforces platform standards that maintain system stability and optimize performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Robust knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality deployments.
- Familiarity with setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system performance and compliance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
