- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Expert in preparing RA Bills, Final Bills, and BOQ with accurate quantity take-off from approved drawings.
- Strong knowledge of rate analysis, extra items, deviation statements, and contract billing as per project specifications.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/ERP software for quantity estimation and billing documentation.
- Capable of preparing material reconciliation statements for cement, steel, structural steel, concrete, and other construction materials.
- Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers for bill verification and approvals.
- Responsible for maintaining Measurement Books (MB), billing records,



and project documentation with complete accuracy.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure to achieve monthly billing targets and project deadlines.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, responsible, and committed to company growth, with the ability to work independently and travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,737.54 - ₹46,044.72 per month
