Job Title: Manager AR (Cardiology Physician Billing)

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 12+ Years (Min 1 Year as Manager Ops)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AR Manager with strong expertise in Cardiology (Physician Billing) to manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, drive team performance, and ensure revenue maximization through effective denial management and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of AR callers handling Cardiology specialty accounts
- Ensure end-to-end AR management including follow-ups, denials, and collections
- Analyze and work on complex denials (coding, medical necessity, bundling, etc.)
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and revenue targets
- Identify process gaps and implement quality & productivity improvements
- Provide floor support, training, and mentoring to team members
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines and compliance standards
- Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports

Required Skills & Expertise:





- Robust domain knowledge in Physician Billing AR (Cardiology specialty mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in denial management & appeals
- Good understanding of CPT, ICD, modifiers (Cardiology procedures preferred)
- Experience handling payers like Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercials
- Strong knowledge of aging reports, AR metrics, and revenue cycle KPIs
- Excellent team handling and client communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience managing a team of 100+ AR callers
- Exposure to client interactions and escalation handling
- Team Lead on papers is mandate
