We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support the sales team. The role involves assisting customers, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and helping promote flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable flooring products.
- Explain product features, materials, finishes, durability, and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and customer orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and warehouse teams for smooth delivery.
- Maintain showroom appearance and product displays.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support.




- Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales systems.
- Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and exhibitions when required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of flooring products is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software, CRM).
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
