Job Title: HR Business Partner

Experience: 3+ Years in Human Resources
Salary: Upto Rs. 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for international school clients, ensuring seamless HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and employee records for With Ease Education and Kiya World School employees.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offer roll-out, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and HRMS data with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, statutory requirements, and labour laws.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlement processes.
- Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and learning & development activities.
- Prepare HR reports,



MIS, payroll inputs, and other HR-related documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and benefits.
- Collaborate with school leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations across all campuses.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance, HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
