Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in enterprise lead generation, outbound sales, or growth marketing in the IT Services or Enterprise Technology domain.
- Prior experience leading a team of 4–5 members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute enterprise outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Generate qualified meetings and enterprise pipeline aligned with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Manage and develop a team of outbound executives while driving productivity and performance.
- Own the end-to-end execution of company webinars, including planning, promotion, coordination, and post-event lead nurturing.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and sales automation tools to improve outreach effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new enterprise lead generation strategies, automation tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing,



and Leadership to improve campaign effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in enterprise outbound lead generation within the IT services industry, targeting the North American market (primarily the USA).
- Ability to develop and execute outbound campaign strategies based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including account segmentation, persona identification, and messaging.
- Ability to identify target accounts, buyer personas, and decision-makers using market research and sales intelligence tools.
- Expertise with Sales Navigator and up-to-date sales engagement/automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while consistently delivering pipeline growth.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
