Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging daily lessons and activities based on the school's curriculum.
- Foster the physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and language development of children.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and child-friendly classroom setting.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all students at all times.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and share regular feedback with parents.
- Maintain student portfolios, attendance records, and other required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic and behavioural development.
- Prepare teaching-learning materials, classroom displays,



and activity resources.
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, PTMs, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to ensure smooth academic functioning.
- Follow all school policies, safety guidelines, and administrative procedures.
- Continuously update teaching skills by attending training sessions and workshops.
- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
