Position: Senior Project Manager (Civil)

Experience: 15 to 23 Years

Qualification:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. Civil Engineering

Salary:

- ₹35,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)

Preferred Candidate Location:

- South Tamil Nadu (Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Salem, Erode, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, and nearby locations)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure timely execution of projects and effective resource management.
- Review project progress and resolve site-related issues.




- Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction regulations.
- Prepare and submit project reports to management.
