About the Role:-

As the Head – Innovations & Start Up Ecosystem, you will spearhead the creation of a vibrant innovation and startup ecosystem, nurturing the next generation of creators, inventors, and changemakers.

Your mission: to transform breakthrough ideas into viable products, ventures, and social impact initiatives across disciplines.

Responsibility:

- Lead the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (IIC/Start-up cell) aligned with MoE’s Innovation Cell (MIC) and Atal Innovation Mission (AIM).
- Design and drive startup incubation and accelerator programs in emerging domains such as AI, HealthTech, AgriTech, FinTech, and Sustainability.
- Facilitate research commercialization, patenting, and spin-off creation in collaboration with industry partners.
- Build cross-disciplinary innovation labs and startup hubs that empower students and faculty to prototype, test, and scale their ideas.
- Forge strategic partnerships with government agencies, venture networks,



investors, and corporates.
- Curate Brainware Innovation Summits and Startup Showcases to highlight entrepreneurial talent and attract external collaboration.
