- Order Management: Process sales orders, track deliveries, and ensure pricing and discounts are accurate.
- Recruitment: Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews for sales and operational roles.
- Onboarding: Facilitate training sessions, orientation, and onboarding for new sales hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding company policies, leave requests, and benefits.
- Administration: Assist with attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and performance tracking
- Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain and update customer databases, generate sales reports, and track KPIs.
- Sales Enablement: Organize sales presentations, prepare marketing materials, and coordinate events. [1, 2, 3]
