Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its suite of tools, including Email Studio, Automation

Studio, Journey Builder, and more. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data extensions, queries, automations, and journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio & Email Studio.
- Create and optimize marketing emails and templates using AMP script, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure and implement audience segmentation strategies and manage customer data within Marketing Cloud.
- Develop custom scripts and logic using Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and AMP script for advanced personalization.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and journeys.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, processes,



and workflows.
- Provide technical expertise to marketing teams on leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Strong proficiency with AMP script, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem integration and data flow management.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for data integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and technical teams.

Preferred:

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist).
- Experience with other Salesforce platforms, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and advanced analytics tools.
- Understanding of marketing automation best practices and multi-channel campaign strategies.
