Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and supporting the company's growth initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are looking to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, event agencies, and wedding planners.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand requirements and present company services.
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution after project confirmation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
