What's the opportunity?

We're looking for a Data Scientist to help build a disruptive product leveraging predictive analytical models. You'll be responsible for consistently delivering meaningful analytical models that solve for large scale productivity improvements and augment human interactions. You'll consistently communicate and deliver to commitments and increase the velocity of your engineering and operations teams. This is a strategic role that requires a strong partnership with other functions across the company including Operations, Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, develop, and manage a suite of analytical models addressing different aspects of the Product relating to process automation, predicting productivity, error rates etc.

- Understand and collaborate with the management team, Operations, Sales and Marketing on product lifecycle from concept to execution.

- Build a strong long-term Analytics strategy that aligns with the Product Roadmap

- Follow standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

- Recommend new ideas to improve the operational throughput

Preferred Experience





- Played a Data Scientist or significant role in building a Product that got launched in the market

- Contributed significantly to the overall Analytical aspects of the Product architecture, roadmap and feature backlog

- A passionate leader driven by compassion to help QORE achieve its growth targets

- A leader with a team orientation and an open style with a strong work ethic; works well under pressure and takes leadership responsibility and accountability on meeting deadlines

- Driven a culture of continuous learning to improve execution and removed roadblocks that held the team back.

- Played a strategic partner who could translate business and analytical problems into technology solutions.

Skill Requirement

- Experience in B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of building applications and technology that delight and engage customers and foster growth.

- Degree in a quantitative field [website] mathematics, computer science, physics, economics, engineering, statistics, operations research, quantitative social science, etc.).

- Basic Knowledge on software development principles and architecture.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to break down and understand complex business problems, define a solution and implement it using advanced quantitative methods.

- Familiarity with programming for data analysis; ideally Python, SQL, or R.

- Solid oral and written communication skills, especially around analytical concepts and methods and ability to present ideas and project status clearly, concisely, and accurately to a broad audience.

- Great work ethic and intellectual curiosity.

- Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or Google Knowledge of any relational database.

- Must be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have experience working with customers across Types: Full-time, Contract

- Proven experience building, growing, retaining and inspiring a world-class team of customer-focused technologists.
