We are looking for an experienced Training Manager/Lead to front end our training efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Business Needs Analysis (BNA), Process Mapping, and Instructional Design. They should be passionate about delivering effective training, creating quality checklists, and ensuring compliance. Experience in an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify training gaps and develop programs to

address them.

- Business Needs Analysis (BNA): Analyze business processes and design

training solutions to improve them.

- Process Mapping: Document and refine training processes for clarity and

efficiency.

- Instructional Design: Create engaging training materials tailored to different

learning styles.

- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions that are interactive and impactful.

- Quality Checklists: Develop and implement checklists to maintain high training

standards.

- Audit & Compliance: Ensure all training programs meet industry standards and

company policies.

- OEM Focus: Apply knowledge of OEM practices to create specialized training

programs.





Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced certifications are a

plus.

- Experience: At least 5 years in training and development, with OEM experience

preferred.

- Skills: Strong presentation, instructional design, and process improvement

skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
