Job Opportunity – Accountant

Location: Phagwara, Punjab

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of accounting processes, GST compliance, and ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) accurately and on time.
Manage sales, purchase, bank, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
Process vendor payments and customer receivables.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and SAP.
Required Skills




2–4 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Tally and SAP.
Good understanding of GST (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
Knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Positive communication and analytical skills.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
