Role and Responsibilities

· Support Operations head in supervising daily production activities of the entire plant with manpower of 100-150

· Preparation of monthly and term production plans based on CRP

· On-time delivery to customer as per CRP

· Production plan release and deployment

· Allocation of equipment as per production plan

· Allocation of manpower as per production plan

· Follow up for materials with Purchase team to ensure to get them on time

· Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment

· Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service

· Oversee materials and inventory management

· Plan budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

· Achievement of PQCDS targets in manufacturing

· Maintenance of work environment

· Recommendation on staff requirement based on orders at hand

· Recommend for overtime hours to meet customer demand





· Overall responsibility for CAPA in Production

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· MBA in Operations Management or bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 8 - 10 year experience into managing Operations in Electronic/ Electrical Manufacturing Company

Preferred Skills

· Proven ability to drive operational plan and make changes to increase efficiency

· Robust budget development and oversight skills

· Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service

· Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes

· Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary: Maximum Limit to 10LPA Location: Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
