Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment and administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes along with supporting daily HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

2. HR Operations & Administration:

- Manage employee records, attendance, and documentation
- Handle joining formalities, exit formalities, and HR documentation
- Support payroll inputs and compliance coordination
- Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence
- Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication

3. Employee Support:

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries




- Assist in resolving workplace concerns and maintaining a positive work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment and HR admin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
