Project Planning & Execution

* Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

* Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.

* Manage multiple project activities simultaneously and resolve operational issues.

Team Management

* Lead and supervise engineers, surveyors, site supervisors, technicians, and support staff.

* Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.

* Conduct regular project review meetings and provide guidance to project personnel.

Client Coordination

* Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government departments, and other client.

* Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.

Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain project records, reports, contracts, and correspondence.

* Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

* Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, and project deliverables.

* Submit project status reports to management on a regular basis.

Quality, Safety & Compliance





* Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory regulations.

* Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary.

* Ensure adherence to safety procedures and environmental requirements at project sites.

Procurement & Logistics

* Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

* Monitor delivery schedules and inventory requirements.

* Ensure timely availability of resources for uninterrupted project execution.

Required Qualifications

*Any degree.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.

* Strong knowledge of project planning and contract management.

* Must need to speak in Hindi.
