Core Responsibilities

- Machine Setup: Set up and prepare VMC machines (3-axis/4-axis/5-axis). This includes loading programs, installing fixtures, aligning workpieces, and setting exact tool and work offsets. [1, 2, 3]
- Machine Operation: Run daily production, monitor machining processes, optimize cutting parameters (like speed and feed), and make minor offset corrections as needed. [1, 2, 3]
- Quality Control: Read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; specifications. Conduct first-piece inspections and use measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean machines, and monitor tool life/wear. Enforce 5S and shop floor safety standards.

Key Requirements

- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or Production Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with G-code, M-code, and controller interfaces like Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas.
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years of hands-on precision machining experience

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
