We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and grow brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate understands content strategy + engagement + growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content calendars
- Create and execute content strategies for:
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- (Optional: YouTube / Twitter)
- Coordinate with designers and video editors
- Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs
- Analyze performance metrics and improve content strategy
- Stay updated with trends and platform changes

Key Skills

- Robust understanding of social media algorithms
- Content planning and storytelling ability
- Basic analytics understanding (reach, engagement, CTR)
- Good copywriting skills
- Consistency and execution discipline

Ideal Candidate

- Thinks like a content strategist, not just a poster
- Understands audience psychology
- Can grow pages organically

Experience

1–3 years in social media / content marketing
