Job Summary

ICL Fincorp is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Officers to support branch operations, customer service, sales, and collections activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with financial products and services.
- Process loan applications and maintain customer documentation.
- Generate leads and achieve business targets.
- Promote Gold Loans, Investments, Insurance, and other products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and collections.
- Ensure KYC and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain branch records and reports.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Must be Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Based experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, Sales, or Customer Service preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
