Position Overview:
Yogic Research Foundation is seeking a Mobilization Coordinator / Executive to support its Citizen Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This role focuses on community engagement, mobilization of senior citizens and caregivers, and facilitating onboarding into various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Mobilization & Outreach

- Plan and organize community engagement activities, outreach programs, and awareness sessions.
- Conduct surveys to assess community needs and requirements.
- Mobilize and onboard senior citizens, families, and community stakeholders.
- Engage with local partners and support community-building initiatives.

2. Program Coordination & Support

- Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth onboarding processes.
- Support recruitment drives, field visits, and community camps.
- Ensure proper follow-ups and engagement with participants.

Documentation & Administration

- Manage and maintain databases and documentation accurately.
- Perform typing and translation tasks (Kannada English).
- Maintain records of mobilization activities, attendance, and reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have

- Graduate or Diploma holder (Social Work, Community Development, Healthcare, or related fields preferred).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in mobilization, outreach, or community engagement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to organize community activities and events.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in field environments and engaging diverse communities.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.

Valuable-to-Have

- Experience with NGOs, CSR projects, healthcare, skilling, or government programs.
- Experience in community-based initiatives or fieldwork.
- Familiarity with local community networks and engagement strategies.

Not Required

- Technical IT skills or software development
- Hardware or networking support
- Sales or client-facing corporate roles
