Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Operation & Maintenance

Operate and maintain utility equipment such as:

- Induced draft cooling towers
- Reciprocating & centrifugal air compressors
- Pumps (centrifugal, submersible, reciprocating)

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns.

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on compressors, dryers, after-coolers, and associated utilities.

- Identify and resolve leakages and inefficiencies in the compressed air distribution system.

- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules (PMS).

- Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP tools

- Conduct autonomous maintenance practices and ensure compliance with TPM and 6S methodologies.

- Manage spare parts using inventory tools (ABC/VED analysis).





- Familiar with safety systems (HIRA, PTW, IMS)

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to interpret P&IDs;, equipment manuals, and service drawings

- Exposure to nitrogen systems, utility operations in steel, chemical, or process industries preferred.

- 13. To maintain inventory of spare parts
