Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network across assigned regions.
- Convert customers from competitor brands and ensure regular sales pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Promote wires, cables, and allied electrical products to key influencers like architects, engineers, contractors, and electricians.
- Execute localized marketing campaigns, product awareness programs, and loyalty initiatives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing trends,



and customer needs.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 5+ years of experience in B2B field sales, electrical goods, or construction materials.
- Domain Knowledge: Robust understanding of copper/aluminum cables, winding wires, and electrical distribution.
- Essential Skills: Dealer management, channel sales, lead generation, and strong local networking.
- Requirements: Excellent communication, proficiency in local languages, and willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
