About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B Sales and Project Sales within the Lighting/Electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through B2B sales and project sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, Contractors, MEP Consultants, OEMs, and Corporate Clients.
- Identify and pursue upcoming lighting projects in commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution and timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings,



product presentations, and site visits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Technical qualification preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales and Project Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in the Lighting Industry is mandatory.
- Strong network with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Builders, and Corporate Clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
