We are hiring a B2B Travel Consultant – Vietnam Destination to manage travel operations, create customized itineraries, and handle B2B partner relationships. The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing bookings, and delivering high-quality travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end operations for Vietnam travel packages, including FIT and group bookings.
- Coordinate with Vietnam-based DMCs, hotels, transport providers, guides, and other travel suppliers.
- Prepare and finalize travel itineraries as per client requirements.
- Manage hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, transportation, activities, and other travel services.
- Verify availability, rates, inclusions, exclusions, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure accurate package details and smooth handover of confirmed bookings.
- Share vouchers, travel documents, booking confirmations,



and other required details with clients or internal teams.
- Monitor ongoing bookings and ensure timely execution of all travel arrangements.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, last-minute changes, and operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B travel operations for Vietnam
- Good knowledge of Vietnam destinations, hotels, and activities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients and work under pressure
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills
