Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors for materials and services.
- Compare vendor quotations and negotiate pricing wherever required.
- Prepare customer quotations and commercial proposals within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams for technical clarifications.
- Maintain estimation records, costing sheets, and pricing databases.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and project specifications.
- Provide value engineering suggestions to improve project profitability.
- Support the procurement team with material specifications and cost information during project execution.

Required Skills:





- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and finishing works.
- Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Good understanding of commercial costing and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
