Junior Energy Compliance Engineer

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Candidates residing in Mumbai only)

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineers to join our growing team specializing in building energy compliance and energy modeling for residential and commercial projects across international markets. Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings to identify information relevant to building energy performance.
- Develop energy models for residential and commercial buildings using specialized energy analysis software.
- Simulate and evaluate various building systems, including:
- Building envelope
- Lighting systems
- HVAC systems
- Domestic hot water systems
- Process and miscellaneous loads
- Perform multiple energy simulations to determine optimal design solutions while considering constructability, cost-effectiveness, and material availability.
- Prepare and document compliance reports and technical specifications in a clear and organized manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt to specialized energy modeling software.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Or a related engineering discipline
- Strong academic background preferred.
- Candidates with consistently good academic performance in 10th, 12th, and graduation are encouraged to apply.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Prior exposure to building design, construction, HVAC, sustainability, or energy analysis will be an advantage.
