- Make calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and update customer details in system
- Resolve basic customer complaints or escalate when required
- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
- Backend office work
