Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement and inventory-related activities. The candidate should be productive in purchasing processes and capable of coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle purchasing activities and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Manage stock and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase transactions
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to join immediately
