HR Internship – Recruitment Profile

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team in Mumbai. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.

Call candidates and explain job roles, company details, salary structure, and interview process.

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate data, interview status, and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, joining confirmation, and documentation.

Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities and hiring targets.





Help in onboarding coordination and basic HR documentation when required.

Requirements:

Freshers or students pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, HR, Commerce, or related fields can apply.

Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Confident in making calls and speaking with candidates.

Should be proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Interest in recruitment and HR operations is preferred.
