Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Warehouse to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward material activities.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production and Purchase departments.
- Prepare GRN, material issue slips, delivery challans, and other warehouse documentation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
- Conduct cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory verification.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities with transporters.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping as per 5S and GMP requirements.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs,



safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor warehouse manpower and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle ERP transactions related to inventory movement.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by maintaining accurate records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Materials Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Warehouse operations.
- Experience in the Nutraceutical, Food, Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
