Knowledge about vehicle driving and testing. Assessing new vehicles in trials, giving feedbacks and ensuring closure of issues. Knowledge about vehicle inspection equipments.
Knowledge about ISO and Quality systems
Knowledge about Japanese Practices like 5S,3G,3K,3R,Horenso etc
Knowledge about regulations. Line quality handling and problem analysis

: Vehicle Inspection after Assembly Stage
Regulation mass production vehicle quality inspection to ensure zero defects at customer
Development (Inspection & Evaluation) of Vehicles
New Model development , testing and inspection process standardization.
Cost Reduction
Ability to train recent inspectors for Capability Improvement & skill development
