Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum 3 Years as a Service Advisor

Key Duties

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians.
- Provide service estimates and explain repair work to customers.
- Monitor vehicle service progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep customers updated on repair status.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain service records and follow company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Good knowledge of automobile service operations.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and service teams.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with service management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
