Job Summary:

The Sr. Civil Project Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating civil activities across water and wastewater treatment projects including WTP, STP, ETP, and CETP. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and acting as a key interface between site, design, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead coordination between design, procurement, execution, and quality teams for smooth project execution
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Manage civil construction activities including foundations, structures, tanks, and related infrastructure
- Act as a central point of communication between consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Review and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and engineering standards
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, MOMs, and documentation
- Support in contract management, billing certification,



BOQ tracking, and cost control
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and coordinators

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and coordination abilities
- In-depth knowledge of civil works in water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP, STP, ETP, CETP)
- Proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects

Preferred Experience:

- Extensive experience in water infrastructure / wastewater treatment projects
- Exposure to government, municipal, or industrial projects
- Experience in managing site execution and cross-functional coordination
