This position is responsible for leading configuration, administration, and support of Workday
Learning and Recruiting.
You’ll work closely with HR and business stakeholders to design scalable,
efficient, and user-friendly experiences across the employee lifecycle
Job Responsibilities:

Lead Workday Recruiting and Learning module setup
- Administer user access and training content
- Conduct effectiveness assessments of training programs
- Build custom reports and dashboards
- Provide ongoing support for Learning and Recruiting operations
- Document new functionality during Workday releases (R1/R2)
- Resolve tickets/issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business clients to bridge gaps

- Workday Learning administration and content management
- Business Process security and domain knowledge
