We are looking for freshers who are enthusiastic about international business, sales, and building client relationships. The role involves connecting with international customers, generating business opportunities, and supporting the export sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research international B2B leads and potential customers
- Connect with overseas clients through emails, calls, and online platforms
- Handle client communication and build strong business relationships
- Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, and product information
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales/lead trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, orders, and customer requirements
- Assist in market research and international business development activities
- Maintain regular updates in CRM/Excel databases
Requirements
- Freshers only – 0–1 year of experience
- Graduate or relevant educational background
- Good English communication and email-writing skills
- Confident and comfortable communicating with international clients
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Solid interest in B2B sales, international markets, and business development
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach
